Back on the grind...

Went back to the gym after being off training for two weeks because of my bronchitis. The knee was not happy so I did the treadmill on a 6 level incline....real slooooow. No speed intervals today. I've lost approximately 13 pounds since beginning the journey so I've made my first goal. Just can't get off track.

Today's 80's track is not fitness related. I just always loved this song and everyone looks confused when I mention the name of the group. Besides don't we all need a little "Tenderness"
